Salary is up to 6500 euro

REMOTE, full-time, long termed, location of the candidate – ANY

Company - major International organization based in Geneva, Switzerland (will share the name in private messages)

Qualifications.
Education:
·      Advanced university degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science, or a related field.

·      A first-level university degree with additional relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree.
 
Experience:
·      Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in IT systems administration, cloud platform management, or digital workplace technologies.
·      Proven experience managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
·      Extensive experience with endpoint and device management using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
·      Strong background in IT security, compliance management, and governance frameworks.
·      Experience developing or improving IT service delivery models and automation processes.
·      Prior experience within the United Nations system or a similar international organization is a strong asset.

Technical Skills:
·      Microsoft 365 administration and governance.
·      Intune, Autopilot, and Defender for Endpoint.
·      Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access management.
·      Microsoft Security and Compliance Center configuration.
·      Data governance and reporting within M365.
·      Endpoint configuration, patch management, and security.
·      Automation and PowerShell scripting.
·      Knowledge of networking fundamentals and hybrid cloud integration.

Certifications:
·      Microsoft Certified Expert in M365 Productivity or Security.
·      Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Expert.
·      Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate or equivalent.
·      ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

Language Requirements:
·      B2 English (both oral and written) is required.
