What you will do

• Manage and administer a large-scale workstation environment, including physical and virtual workstations.
• Plan and prepare the distribution of operating system images, patches, and applications.
• Troubleshoot workstation configuration issues in cooperation with other ICT working groups and/or our vendor (Microsoft).
• Enforce and monitor the application of security policies.
• Create new technical documentation for internal use and how-to manuals for end users.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar position.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365 Apps, and EntraID.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows client Operating System, IT end users' infrastructure, and Windows Autopilot deployment.
• Solid scripting skills in PowerShell.
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP networking and IT security standards.
• Very good knowledge of the English language (B2).
