What you will do

  • Lead and manage all aspects of sales management and business activities to achieve sales targets and expand market share in telecommunication, government, and regulatory sectors
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Manage and grow key relationships with government, regulatory, and major accounts
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships through deal closure and post-sales support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, technical, regulatory, and service teams to align on customer needs and market insights

Requirements

  • Good command of written and spoken English to liaise with global counterparts
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Account Manager in telecommunication, government, and regulatory sectors
  • Proven track record managing government accounts and driving regulatory approvals
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Business, or related field
  • Strong understanding of telecom testing technologies, regulatory standards, and certification processes
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
