What you will do

  • Create and execute account strategies to drive sustainable growth across assigned automotive Tier1s.
  • Manage long-term automotive programs through design-in, SOP, and production phases.
  • Identify and qualify new design-in opportunities aligned with customer roadmaps.
  • Analyze ECU and system-level architectures through BOM teardowns to identify competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with FAEs and product marketing to align product positioning with customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasting.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of semiconductor sales experience supporting automotive OEMs or Tier 1s.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EE preferred), Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of automotive ECUs and network architectures (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
  • Ability to read and interpret Tier1 BOMs, system diagrams, and teardown analyses.
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to ADAS, safety systems, body electronics, or EV/powertrain electronics.
  • Familiarity with automotive sourcing processes, RFQs, and ISO 26262 functional safety concepts.
  • Experience in positioning and selling software products.
