TL;DR

Hr Intern (HR Operations): Supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration with an accent on gaining hands-on experience in international human resources. Focus on assisting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll and compliance tasks.

Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite in Bremen (Germany), Sofia (Bulgaria), Belgrade (Serbia), Singapore

Salary: 13 EUR/hour for BSc interns, 20 EUR/hour for MSc interns

What you will do

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Organize HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as preparing documents and reports
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and compliance-related tasks

Requirements

  • Resume must be in English
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HR software/tools is advantageous
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
