Human Resources Intern (HR)

TL;DR

Human Resources Intern (HR): Supporting HR, L&D, and Recruitment projects to accelerate organizational growth with an accent on project execution and initiative. Focus on managing project agendas, brainstorming ideas, and taking ownership of HR initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in Groningen, Netherlands. Must be registered at a Dutch Hogeschool or University

What you will do

• Manage HR, L&D, and Recruitment projects independently and within a team.
• Support the HR Projects team in executing the agenda for Q4 2026 and Q1 2027.
• Connect input and brainstorm new ideas for HR initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned projects to contribute to the team's overall success.

Requirements

• Must be registered at a Dutch Hogeschool or University.
• Currently enrolled in HRM, Strategic Innovation Management, International Business, or similar (HBO/WO level).
• Available for a 5-6 month internship starting September/October 2026 (32-40 hours/week).
• Willing to work from the office in Groningen at least 3 times a week.
• Experience in leading and executing projects (including university projects).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
