What you will do

  • Lead and manage sales operations across multiple regions.
  • Support your team in negotiations and customer engagements.
  • Monitor team performance using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to develop team members.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on hiring and optimizing sales processes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in leading a sales team.
  • Strong background in B2B sales, preferably in software.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proven coaching and team development skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
