What you will do

• Own government-related satellite program execution from concept to completion, including multi-spacecraft missions
• Develop and communicate program schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Lead risk management processes and track mitigation plans
• Drive internal and external program reviews and report on progress and risks
• Serve as primary customer interface for government programs and lead design reviews
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and mission assurance teams to align requirements and designs

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for TS/SCI Security Clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related technical discipline
• 7+ years of program or project management experience in aerospace or space systems
• Experience with U.S. Government contracts and customer interactions
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph

Nice to have

• Knowledge of National Security and Civil Space organizations and programs
• Experience with cost account management tools and systems engineering
• Familiarity with mission operations, ground planning, and CONOPS development
• Experience with optical or RF payloads and spacecraft integration
