What you will do

• Lead contract and commercial negotiations for global technology products, specifically software and SaaS/PaaS arrangements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Information Security, and Compliance to ensure adherence to vendor management policies.
• Conduct financial analyses of transactions, including total cost of ownership (TCO), ROI, and vendor financial viability.
• Advise business and technology groups on licensing and commercial/contractual risks.
• Manage license audits and certifications in collaboration with end users and legal teams.
• Track and report on strategic vendor management activities and spend trends across business units.

Requirements
