What you will do

• Track projects from inception to deployment.
• Develop project documentation including financial health, timelines, and status reports.
• Generate financial reports tracking issues, risks, and budget alignment.
• Monitor IT portfolio investments to maintain enterprise-wide visibility.
• Maintain relationships with Finance, Business Units, and IT partners.
• Support emergent initiatives and resource planning for project workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Manteno, Illinois, United States
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Project Management or similar with 0-1 years experience.
• Basic experience with MS Excel and PowerBI reporting.
• Familiarity or eagerness to learn project management lifecycle and tracking.
• Excellent communication skills across IT and business levels.
