What you will do

• Assist customers with evaluations, benchmarks, system configurations, and installations.
• Collaborate with R&D to define product requirements and usability.
• Participate in sales strategy creation and own technical responsibilities within customer accounts.
• Provide technical leadership on storage products and architectures.
• Create architecture blueprints for repeatable sales solutions.
• Support development and hiring of sales and engineering teams.
• Consult on building and managing support organizations.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in enterprise storage sales support
• Positive energy, optimism, and vision.
• Ability to perform in unstructured environments.
• Understanding of unstructured data applications and next-gen analytics.
• Experience delivering technical product and architecture presentations.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Fluency in English is required
