Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders in ambiguous settings.
• Strong sourcing and closing instincts across GTM disciplines.
• Operational rigor and comfort using data to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and judgment.
• Collaborative and pro-active team player.
