Salary: $163,000 - $196,000

What you will do

Drive end-to-end program execution for key vehicle attributes.
Lead cross-functional teams to align on technical requirements and deliverables.
Identify, track, and mitigate program risks.
Communicate program status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Facilitate key program meetings and gate reviews.

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in Engineering.
At least 8 years of experience, with 5+ years in technical program management in the automotive industry.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Expertise in program management tools and product development lifecycles.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
