Salary: $163,000 - $196,000

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end program execution for key vehicle attributes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align on technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks.
  • Communicate program status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Facilitate key program meetings and gate reviews.

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of experience, with 5+ years in technical program management in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in program management tools and product development lifecycles.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
