Technical Engagement Manager

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $117,920–$176,880 per year

What you will do

• Oversee Statement of Work-based consulting teams and act as the primary operational liaison between contractors, client managers, and Yoh stakeholders.
• Coordinate contractor selection and onboarding, resource management, team communication, and resolution of performance or contractor-relations issues.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project and SOW risks.
• Provide weekly metrics covering onboarding, hours worked, financial burn, satisfaction, time off, timekeeping, and contractor risk.
• Build trusted relationships with client managers and identify related business opportunities across the client organization.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline with recruiting teams for potential contractor replacement needs.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in any STEM discipline.
• 5+ years of technical project or engagement management experience.
• Previous client relationship-building experience.
• Strong technology knowledge or interest.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to regularly perform job functions at the company office or work site when required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Arts or Sciences.
