Manufacturing Project and Program Management Analyst III

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA or Grand Prairie, TX, United States; 4 days per week in-office and 1 day remote. Applicants must be able to work in or relocate to one of these locations. Travel up to 25% may be required. Relocation assistance is not available.

Salary: $104,000–$133,000 USD starting annual salary, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional optimization projects for warehouse operations, material flow, labor productivity, inventory movement, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze workflows, operational data, throughput, travel, staffing, and productivity to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering methods to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and support AI, automation, advanced analytics, warehouse systems, layout, slotting, storage utilization, and labor-balancing opportunities.
• Develop project plans, timelines, business cases, implementation strategies, and change-management activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, engineering, IT, systems teams, and leadership while tracking KPIs, ROI, and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience leading operational optimization or continuous improvement projects.
• Warehouse leadership or direct warehouse operations experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or supply chain environment.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Experience analyzing operational data and translating findings into actionable process improvements.
• Applicants must be permanently legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship and applications from existing visa holders are not accepted.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse management systems, labor management systems, or material-handling automation.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation technologies, or advanced operational analytics.
• Manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
• Project Management Professional certification or experience with goods-to-person systems and material-handling equipment initiatives.
