TL;DR
Lead Technical Program Manager, New Business Enablement & RFP (Manufacturing): Developing operational frameworks and manufacturing solutions for complex hyperscale customer RFPs with an accent on factory capability, capacity modeling, and financial analysis. Focus on architecting cross-site manufacturing solutions, quantifying facility, labor, CapEx, and P&L requirements, and guiding high-pressure commercial decisions.

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; collaboration with manufacturing campuses in Texas, New Jersey, and the Netherlands.

Salary: $116,250–$155,000 annually, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

  • Lead the New Business Enablement and RFP function within Global Operations Readiness.
  • Establish standardized intake, governance, and evaluation workflows for hyperscale and partner RFP opportunities.
  • Model manufacturing boundary conditions, including footprint, line rates, power, liquid cooling, test capacity, and lead times.
  • Quantify facility, CapEx, labor, and P&L requirements for proposed customer solutions.
  • Lead cross-site solution engineering with operational and engineering teams across the United States and the Netherlands.
  • Coach junior team members and improve RFP tools, analytical frameworks, and response processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, systems engineering, supply chain management, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant engineering, technical program management, manufacturing operations, or technical solutions architecture experience, or 6+ years with a master’s degree.
  • Experience with high-reliability hardware manufacturing, server assembly, EMS/ODM contract manufacturing, or hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience modeling operational scope, capacity constraints, facility footprints, and financial trade-offs for customer proposals.
  • Proficiency with structured analytical methods and tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
  • Strong understanding of factory systems, assembly workflows, testing infrastructure, power and cooling constraints, and mass production readiness.
