What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new customers in the Austrian energy market.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketplace Management teams.
  • Support and grow existing accounts through upselling.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or account management in the Austrian energy or utility IT sector.
  • Fluent in German and English (business level).
  • Strong hunter profile with a track record of selling to procurement decision makers.
  • Entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset.
  • Affinity for AI tools and trends in sales.
