Lead Generation Specialist: Develop and execute intelligent outbound lead generation campaigns with an accent on AI-driven personalization and high-converting outreach systems. Focus on testing messaging hypotheses, refining GTM strategy, and building scalable outreach processes.

What you will do

Collaborate with Head of Business Development to refine GTM strategy, ICP, and USP
Build and execute outbound outreach campaigns to generate leads
Test messaging hypotheses, CTAs, and audience segments actively
Utilize AI-driven tools to personalize and scale outreach efforts
Maintain lead tracking and funnel visibility in HubSpot CRM

Requirements

Experience in outbound lead generation and campaign management
Ability to collaborate closely with business development leadership
Familiarity with AI tools for outreach personalization
Knowledge of HubSpot CRM for lead tracking

Nice to have

Experience building and managing a lead generation team
