Enterprise Sales Development Representative (AI)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; must work in the office Monday through Friday at the Lehi HQ

What you will do

• Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Communicate the hirify.global value proposition and align AI solutions with prospect business objectives.
• Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos.
• Research prospects, collect key account information, and maintain clean, accurate CRM data.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, demos, and closed deals.

Requirements

• Sales experience or other relevant sales experience.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday at the Lehi headquarters.
• A four-year degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
