What you will do

• Own quality assurance tasks for multiple projects ensuring high standards of quality and reliability
• Participate in design and requirements reviews to ensure testability and usability
• Lead testing efforts including developing and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts
• Plan, implement, and execute testing tasks across DB, integration, functional, and UI/UX areas
• Analyze test results to identify improvements and recommend process changes
• Provide technical and process mentorship to less experienced colleagues
• Work in autonomous agile teams with short release cycles

Requirements

• Location: Sofia or Plovdiv
• 5+ years experience in software quality assurance with focus on automation testing
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, Python, etc.)
• Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit)
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, or similar)
• Strong RDBMS knowledge
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• English: very good command and excellent communication skills
• Passion for quality assurance

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or related field
• Experience testing microservices and distributed systems
• Experience testing mobile applications
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Experience with Event Stream Processing platforms
