Senior Localisation Quality Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Review Figma designs, prototypes, design systems, user flows, and content structures to identify localisation risks before implementation.
• Perform linguistic, functional, visual, and internationalisation testing across multilingual products, platforms, and regions.
• Build software, internal tools, automation, integrations, and reusable services that improve design validation and product quality.
• Develop validation solutions using scripts, APIs, plugins, AI/LLM tools, and existing internal systems.
• Integrate quality and validation workflows into development environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with design, engineering, product, and localisation teams while providing technical guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, design technology, quality engineering, localisation engineering, or related product development roles.
• Hands-on software development experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience working with Figma workflows, design systems, component libraries, prototypes, and pre-implementation design validation.
• Practical understanding of localisation and internationalisation for digital products, including multilingual quality testing.
• Experience with APIs, structured data, system integrations, Agile development, GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong communication, product thinking, problem-solving, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience creating Figma plugins, design validation tools, workflow extensions, AI agents, assistants, or intelligent workflow tools.
• Experience with multilingual product development, translation workflows, or international launch readiness.
• Experience in video games, consumer technology, digital entertainment, or large-scale product environments.
• Fluency in one or more non-English languages.
