Project Manager – SCM Deployment (SAP SCM)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; in-person collaboration is prioritized, with flexibility for physical/hybrid work arrangements.

Salary: EUR 3,000–4,500 gross per month; may be higher depending on experience and skillset.

What you will do

• Lead SAP SCM deployment delivery for an assigned Central or EMEA region or workstream cluster.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and RAID logs across EWM, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and technical workstreams.
• Manage client and business stakeholder relationships and facilitate regional steering committee reporting.
• Coordinate cross-stream dependencies with Programme Level, GTS, and Group Reporting teams.
• Oversee resource allocation and delivery across distributed SCM workstreams.
• Drive go-live readiness, cutover coordination, and hypercare planning.

Requirements

• 12+ years of SAP project management experience with SCM or logistics implementation delivery.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA SCM projects, including EWM, IBP, PP, and/or Manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management, RAID governance, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing distributed offshore, nearshore, and onshore SCM delivery teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and SAP Activate methodology.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• SCM-focused SAP program management experience within EMEA or manufacturing environments.
