Change Engineer for S/4 Projects - Belfast (SAP S/4HANA)

hirify.global Defence and Space is integrating a Tier 1 structures supplier into its global supply chain and logistics organization through a unified SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.

What you will do

• Own and execute the localized change management plan for the Belfast site integration.
• Define the case for change and establish business readiness across complex supply-chain and manufacturing operations.
• Oversee SAP Enable Now documentation, learning materials, and training governance.
• Lead deployment, Train the Trainer activities, end-user adoption, and post-implementation hypercare.
• Coordinate waterfall project management with SAFe/Agile sprint cycles and align content development with integration timelines.
• Act as the link between the Belfast integration team, local executives, and the central ERP Change Team while applying AI and data analytics to forecast deployment risks.

Requirements

• Degree-level education in Manufacturing Engineering, Production, or Supply Chain with at least five years of relevant experience, or HNC-level education with at least eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives in aerospace, automotive, defence, or similarly complex international industrial supply chains.
• Strong proficiency in AI applications for process analysis, risk forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Experience with SAP environments or S/4HANA transitions during corporate carve-ins or integrations is highly desirable.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• BPSS and Export Control checks, including a criminal record check, are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier 1 structures suppliers or aerospace M&A integrations.
• French and/or German proficiency.
• Mastery of waterfall project management and experience with SAFe/Agile frameworks.
• Senior-level negotiation, conflict resolution, and cross-functional leadership experience.
