Senior IT Project Manager (SAP/ERP)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; onsite four days per week

hirify.global is supporting a 24-month IT project management engagement.

What you will do

• Manage 3–5 concurrent technology projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Define project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, estimates, resources, and delivery expectations.
• Lead IT professionals, contractors, vendors, and business stakeholders across application development and infrastructure projects.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies and support effective SDLC execution.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, RAID logs, decisions, risks, issues, and project repository documentation.
• Track costs, labor, resource allocation, schedule performance, vendor deliverables, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Must be available to work onsite in Tampa, Florida, four days per week.
• 7+ years of hands-on IT project management experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree required and subject to independent verification.
• Experience with application development, SDLC projects, and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, risks, and project documentation; proficiency with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or comparable tools.

Nice to have

• Experience managing SAP projects or other ERP implementations.
• Experience in the electric utility, energy, or related infrastructure industry.
• Experience with complex vendor deliverables, project governance, repositories, and standardized project management playbooks.
