Project Manager (SAP)

What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for projects in the SAP landscape.
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and approved budgets.
• Allocate tasks and coordinate project team members.
• Estimate costs, monitor budgets, and identify issues with mitigation strategies.
• Keep stakeholders informed through regular updates and reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet required standards and complete project documentation and evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT or business-related discipline.
• 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably including ERP implementation and support experience.
• Current PMP certification or similar.
• Proficient use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or ADO.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Highly proficient English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing project conditions.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Agile certification(s).
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks.
