What you will do

• Own and execute high-priority GTM initiatives, partnering with functional leaders.
• Dive into pipeline data and customer journeys to uncover insights.
• Identify and modernize outdated processes across GTM.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to GTM executives.
• Help distill strategies into internal narratives and presentations.
• Facilitate alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, Ops, and Growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or GTM strategy.
• Experience in high-growth tech environments preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and navigate ambiguity.
• Curiosity for using AI tools to drive efficiency.
