What you will do

• Plan and deliver email marketing programs across B2B and D2C businesses in Europe, including direct marketing, trigger-based automations, and transactional messages.
• Manage a team of two email marketing specialists, supporting their development and performance.
• Ensure email campaigns comply with local regulations, brand guidelines, and data privacy policies.
• Design, build, test, and dispatch HTML email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
• Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in marketing automation and email marketing.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid with presence in Manchester office Tuesday-Thursday.
• Proven experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of email campaign design, testing, and analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage and develop a small team.
