What you will do
- Plan and deliver email marketing programs across B2B and D2C businesses in Europe, including direct marketing, trigger-based automations, and transactional messages.
- Manage a team of two email marketing specialists, supporting their development and performance.
- Ensure email campaigns comply with local regulations, brand guidelines, and data privacy policies.
- Design, build, test, and dispatch HTML email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
- Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in marketing automation and email marketing.
Requirements
- Location: Must work hybrid with presence in Manchester office Tuesday-Thursday.
- Proven experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of email campaign design, testing, and analytics.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage and develop a small team.
