Senior Business Development Manager (Sales): Developing and executing co-sell strategies with major technology partners to drive annual recurring revenue and enhance market presence with an accent on partner relationship management, go-to-market alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building strategic partnerships, managing joint GTM activities, and driving ARR growth through effective partnership frameworks.
Location: Fully remote with planned quarterly travel within the US
Salary: $200,000 - $215,000 plus equity

What you will do
- Manage partner relationships and serve as primary contact for partnership activities
- Identify and support go-to-market opportunities aligned with partner goals
- Drive annual recurring revenue growth through co-sell strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams
- Work with product and engineering teams to scope and implement integrations
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years in partner or account development in software/technology
- Experience managing joint GTM activities with global companies
- Knowledge of Modern Data Stack platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Google
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to influence without direct control
- Ability to travel up to 25% and attend quarterly onsite meetings
Nice to have
- Experience owning partnerships with Snowflake, Databricks, or hyperscalers
