What you will do

  • Drive and lead the sales process from qualification through closing and handoff to customer service.
  • Expand revenue by acquiring net new mid-market clients to meet quota.
  • Manage RFPs and act as liaison between sales and proposal teams.
  • Lead discovery calls and create customized presentations for clients.
  • Represent and sell specific business products including ROI and utilization reporting.
  • Attend conferences and leverage sales tools and internal enablement guides.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years sales experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments
  • Experience with BDR or relevant prospecting preferred
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually

  • Experience in benefits, mental health, or wellness sectors
  • Client-facing experience with mid-to-large size clients
  • Proactive and goal-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills
