Location: Must be based in New York (Hybrid working model)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 (plus quarterly sales bonus)

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial advertising projects within a designated clinical territory.
  • Achieve sales targets by building long-term business relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal commercial teams to strengthen client strategies and increase advertising spend.
  • Maintain high levels of sales activity, including calls, meetings, and industry event attendance.
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate sales records and administrative documentation.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive developments to propose new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York or able to work from the New York office on a hybrid basis.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or sales support experience with a focus on business development.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear, persuasive messages.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport in-person, via phone, or email.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to healthcare agencies.
  • Background in solution-based sales articulating value over price.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoom Info.
  • Experience with high-volume lead generation.
