What you will do

  • Support a shared book of SMB customers through digital engagement and proactive campaigns.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Assist in building processes for scaling the Customer Success organization.
  • Leverage data to identify customers needing engagement.
  • Lead outreach calls and training sessions for effective platform use.
  • Track customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of B2B SaaS or tech-enabled service experience.
  • Experience with Shop Management Systems preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage customer escalations effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven approach.
