What you will do
- Support a shared book of SMB customers through digital engagement and proactive campaigns.
- Partner with various teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Assist in building processes for scaling the Customer Success organization.
- Leverage data to identify customers needing engagement.
- Lead outreach calls and training sessions for effective platform use.
- Track customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of B2B SaaS or tech-enabled service experience.
- Experience with Shop Management Systems preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage customer escalations effectively.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven approach.
