Lead Solutions Consultant (AI): Driving measurable business impact for prospects and customers by being both domain experts and trusted advisors with an accent on crafting win strategies using MEDDPICC, Demo2Win, and value-selling frameworks. Focus on translating complex business processes into scalable, ROI-driven solutions and clearly articulating “the art of the possible” through hirify.global’s platform and AI agents.

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $164,000 - $200,000 a year

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, influencing vision and technical direction for enterprise customers.
  • Own the technical strategy for high-value deals, driving discovery, solution design, and value articulation.
  • Lead engaging, outcome-based demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
  • Partner with AEs to craft win strategies using MEDDPICC, Demo2Win, and value-selling frameworks.
  • Build credibility as a subject matter expert in revenue execution, pipeline management, and AI innovation.
  • Act as a mentor and deal coach to Solutions Consultants.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, with 3+ years in SaaS enterprise environments focused on CRM, sales execution, or revenue orchestration technologies.
  • Enterprise Mastery: Proven success leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles, designing integrations and influencing C-suite alignment.
  • Ability to diagnose complex customer environments and translate them into clear, measurable solutions.
  • Comfortable facilitating executive conversations, leading whiteboard sessions, and delivering compelling demos tailored to diverse personas.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, workflow automation, and AI-driven sales processes; familiarity with hirify.global AI Agents preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Demo2Win, MEDDPICC, value-based selling, ROI analysis, and agentic AI frameworks.
