What you will do

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships within tech
• Manage full 360 recruitment cycle across permanent and contract tech roles
• Develop market presence and become an industry specialist
• Source high-calibre candidates through networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Attend events, panels, and media projects to grow profile
• Collaborate with 5V Media to enhance reach and personal brand

Requirements

• 12+ months of 360 recruitment experience (tech experience ideal)
• Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by success
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable
• Team player thriving in a supportive, high-performance environment

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in video, media, or streaming space
