TL;DR

Recruitment Sourcer (Tech): Building and implementing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines with an accent on finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels. Focus on optimizing sourcing efforts using data and modern recruiting methods to bring top talent.

Location: Remote: Must be based in Cyprus, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, or UAE

Salary: Poland: PLN9,300 - PLN12,500 gross monthly

What you will do

  • Build and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Develop talent pipelines and execute sourcing campaigns.
  • Find and engage active and passive candidates through various channels.
  • Optimize sourcing efforts by leveraging data with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Utilize the ATS for managing talent pools.
  • Implement modern sourcing and recruiting methods.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer.
  • Experience sourcing software engineering roles (both IC and manager levels).
  • Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing top-of-the-market talent in financial services or tech firms.
  • Deep understanding of the financial sector hiring landscape and complexity of global talent markets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at the beginning of the recruitment process.
  • Results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent at scale.
  • Ability to set priorities and act facing competing demands.
  • Love for problem-solving and working with data to make strategic and tactical decisions.
