Location: Dubai, Krakow, London, Madrid, Mumbai, Remote in Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, UK

Salary: PLN8,700 - PLN11,000 gross monthly in Krakow/Poland. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process for other locations

What you will do

• Recruiting exceptional talent to join rapidly growing teams.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile.
• Developing and refining interview processes that enhance assessment quality and optimise candidate experience.
• Screening CVs and interviewing prospective candidates, promoting hirify.global as an employer of choice.
• Driving the offer process and closing candidates.
• Innovating, testing, and optimising hiring approaches, spotting opportunities to improve every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter.
• Experience scaling high-performance growth and marketing functions.
• A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech.
• Fluency in other languages
