Salary: PLN10,200 – PLN14,100 gross monthly (Poland)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter hiring for software engineering roles.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn new domains.
• Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech.
• Fluency in other languages.
