Success Engineer (EU)

Location: Remote within the EU

What you will do

• Understand customer goals, challenges, and technical requirements.
• Design and optimize customer hirify.global implementations.
• Help customers connect, transform, and query data from multiple sources.
• Solve complex technical problems and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Create educational materials with technical communicators.
• Represent customer needs to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• 3+ years of experience writing production code, administering systems, and/or managing databases.
• Strong database and SQL skills.
• Strong expertise in at least two areas: web application development, infrastructure management, or database management and optimization.
• Ability to investigate and diagnose complex technical issues.
• Fluency in English is required for customer and team communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with an open-source product.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
