What you will do
- Engage with users to understand their goals and challenges
- Help design and optimize implementations
- Guide customers in data extraction, transformation, and query formulation
- Solve complex problems and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with technical communicators to create educational content
- Represent customer feedback to product and engineering teams
Requirements
- Remote work from the EU is required
- 3+ years of technical experience in coding, systems administration, or database management
- Strong database and SQL skills
- Expertise in at least two areas: web application development, infrastructure management (Docker, AWS/GCP), or database management
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
- English proficiency at least B2 (job posting language)
Nice to have
- Experience with or other BI tools
- Experience with open source products
- Fluency in multiple languages
