TL;DR

Lead People Partner (Europe): Acting as a strategic HR advisor and HR Country Lead across European countries, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and compliance with labor laws. Location: Hybrid with flexible remote work supported across Europe and global travel opportunities

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Coach and develop the People Partnering team across UK/Europe to foster high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives including managing bi-annual engagement surveys and action tracking.
  • Lead employee relations workstreams for new entity launches and ensure compliance with labor laws across European jurisdictions.
  • Develop and maintain country-specific ER policies and ensure legal compliance in partnership with Legal and Risk teams.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and deliver training on employee relations and consultation processes.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on Employee Relations and generalist HR.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and leading HR in fast-paced environments.
  • Expert knowledge of employment law and consultation frameworks in Germany and awareness of other European jurisdictions, especially France.
  • Program management experience in policy development and compliance for new market entries.
  • Strong judgment, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and align HR strategies with business goals.
