What you will do

• Act as strategic HR partner to German and functional units, translating business needs into HR initiatives.
• Support OKRs, workforce plans, and organizational effectiveness across employee lifecycle.
• Provide thought leadership on org design, people strategy, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Handle employee relations, mediation, feedback, and act as first point of contact for HR matters.
• Contribute to HR programs like recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and L&D.
• Collaborate with global HR to champion culture of excellence and identify service gaps.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• Proven experience as HR Business Partner
• Excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal-oriented mindset
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation (German implied)
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
• BS degree in Human Resources or related field
