TL;DR

Head of Growth (Marketing): Driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and user acquisition programs with an accent on optimizing the self-serve model and scaling operations. Location: Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area)

Salary: $200k-$300k per year, plus meaningful equity

What you will do

  • Own the full self-serve lifecycle strategy across user acquisition, activation, and monetization.
  • Define and track core KPIs that drive team success and business growth.
  • Operationalize user journeys and run experiments that directly impact user and revenue growth.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify and execute on opportunities for enterprise upsell.
  • Analyze current channel mix and build strategies to optimize and diversify acquisition.
  • Design and execute experiments to improve conversion at each stage of the customer journey.

Requirements

  • High bias to action & experimental: Proactive and able to take projects from concept to completion.
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze and optimize campaigns at each customer journey stage.
  • User-Centric: Deep understanding of product users and strong user empathy.
