TL;DR

Lead Implementation Operations: Overseeing and guiding a team of Implementation Consultants for cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions with an accent on staff development, performance management, and client issue resolution. Focus on improving team performance, troubleshooting complex client issues, and maintaining high implementation quality.

Location: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Meridian, ID location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.

Salary: $57,200 - $72,000/yr

What you will do

  • Supervise operations and delegate work assignments for a designated team.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development to new and existing team members.
  • Facilitate communication and expectations through regular meetings and 1:1s.
  • Provide input on performance management and promotional opportunities to managers.
  • Troubleshoot escalated client/departmental issues and offer solutions.
  • Act as primary contact for new hires and recommend supplemental training.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ experience in an Implementation role.
  • Complete understanding of hirify.global’s implementation standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Expert project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different styles.
  • Ability to research and troubleshoot complex problems and de-escalate client conflicts.
  • Location: Must be based 100% in-office at Meridian, ID.
