What you will do

• Build and own the vision, strategy, and execution plan for all service lines within hirify.global's professional services.
• Define organizational structure and leadership models ensuring right roles and capabilities.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership ensuring rigor, consistency, and accountability.
• Translate business goals into detailed operational roadmaps and scalable processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to execute strategic priorities.
• Drive a high-performance culture aligned with delivery excellence and business needs.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of leadership experience managing complex service organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record in multi-service line operations with P&L accountability and growth.
• Experience in technology or hyper-growth companies preferred; management consulting or investment banking experience is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence executives and clients.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and stakeholders.
• Must be a world-class individual contributor with a builder’s mindset and ownership.
