What you will do
- Design and execute strategies for upsell and cross-sell initiatives across the publisher base to maximize earnings.
- Architect proactive yield strategies in collaboration with Engineering to optimize revenue at scale.
- Establish operational standards to identify at-risk publishers and implement strategic churn mitigation plans.
- Lead and mentor a multi-tiered management layer consisting of VPs, Directors, and Associate Directors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Onboarding, and Engineering to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Represent the voice of the publisher internally and maintain high-touch relationships with enterprise clients.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience as Head of Customer Success or in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in ad tech.
- Deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem, including Prebid.js, Google Ad Manager, and Supply Path Optimization (SPO).
- Proven track record of executing yield optimization strategies that result in measurable financial uplift for publishers.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-tiered leadership teams and scaling technical organizations.
- Ability to diagnose and simplify complex technical issues across web and mobile app environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional maturity for high-stakes executive interactions.
