What you will do
- Own commercial performance and growth of Academy's enterprise learning business.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance to develop go-to-market strategies and optimize business metrics.
- Lead client engagement as executive sponsor for learning programs ensuring certification and redeployment success.
- Manage and scale a distributed team of Learning Managers, Architects, and instructors.
- Build strategic partnerships with certification providers and integrate learning data into talent platforms.
- Drive innovation in learning delivery models including AI-assisted training and modular course development.
Requirements
- 15+ years experience in enterprise learning, workforce transformation, or technical education with P&L ownership.
- Proven success scaling revenue-generating learning businesses in tech domains like AI, Cloud, and Data.
- Strong client engagement skills with enterprise executives (CHROs, CTOs, Business Unit Heads).
- Experience leading large teams delivering scalable learning programs with measurable outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of certification ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub, Codewars).
- Data-driven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and client advocacy abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or workforce transformation environments.
- Background in technical domains or familiarity with developer ecosystems.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Education, or Technology.
