What you will do

• Source candidates using headhunting, market mapping, and networking from day one.
• Build and maintain client portfolios, identifying opportunities and negotiating terms.
• Develop business within core markets of Data & AI.
• Engage in proactive business development and client relationship management.
• Participate in a structured Graduate/Trainee Academy with coaching and support.
