What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of BDRs across EMEA with clear goals and career paths.
  • Design and execute scalable, data-driven prospecting programs to deliver qualified meetings and net-new ARR.
  • Partner with RevOps to optimize ICP targeting, territories, cadences, and tooling.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure seamless hand-offs and high conversion rates.
  • Own top-of-funnel metrics, delivering accurate forecasts and actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years leading BDR/SDR or inside-sales teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proven ability to scale BD functions and raise productivity per rep.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analytics, capacity planning, and forecasting.
  • Mastery of HubSpot or similar outreach automation platforms and prospecting data sources.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% for team sessions, trade shows, and customer events.
  • Experience designing territory plans, lead-routing logic, and SLAs to align Marketing, BD, and Sales.
