What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of Technology and Private Equity projects from initiation to closure within budget and schedule.
• Support the hirify.global Sales team in preparing new offers and proposals.
• Drive customer engagement and engineering execution.
• Lead, motivate, and grow engineering teams.
• Maintain trusted relations with stakeholders and manage escalations.
• Participate in various educational and marketing events.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in Software Development.
• At least 10 years of experience in Project Management.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working with distributed teams and Western & Asian cultures.
• MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
