What you will do

• Lead the estate optimization initiative, managing lease renegotiations, site consolidations, and exit processes.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for divisional leaders and site managers on all physical estate matters.
• Develop and own the group-level real estate strategy and long-term portfolio roadmap.
• Design and implement group-wide RE&FM policies, standards, and governance mechanisms.
• Define the workplace experience proposition and lead design standards for fit-outs and refurbishments.
• Drive material cost reduction through improved vendor management and commercial optimization.

Requirements

• Significant senior experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or workplace strategy in a pan-European context.
• Proven track record of delivering estate optimization or rationalization programs.
• Experience managing a large, geographically dispersed portfolio of sites of varying scales.
• Strong commercial acumen and expertise in lease negotiation and vendor management.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the country of application.
• No relocation packages or sponsorship visas are provided.
