What you will do

• Define and implement a global governance model for clinic operations, including standards and performance oversight.
• Oversee 22 global onsite clinics, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous process improvement.
• Partner with EHSS and business stakeholders to align clinic operations with occupational health and safety strategies.
• Collaborate with Workers’ Compensation teams to support injury prevention, treatment coordination, and return-to-work programs.
• Manage clinic vendor performance, including service delivery, data integrity, and contractual obligations.
• Analyze clinic and safety data to inform injury prevention initiatives and health surveillance efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related science field.
• Technical expertise in workers’ compensation claim processing, cost drivers, and settlement practices.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis for program costs and reserving practices.
• Experience with claim investigation and litigation.
• Working knowledge of government regulations associated with workers’ compensation.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
