What you will do

• Coordinate teamwork and manage multiple projects in parallel
• Communicate effectively with teams, clients, and subteams
• Train and coach teams on Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives
• Manage people and process new opportunities
• Hold regular technical meetings to address project progress and challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Erlangen, Germany
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• 3+ years of relevant software development experience
• Experience managing 3 or more projects simultaneously
• Experience introducing and driving Agile development processes (Scrum and Scaled Scrum)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German
• Ability to work in multinational and geographically distributed teams
• Knowledge of medical device development processes and communication standards
